Acres of free parking are just outside the Lloyd Center entrance next to our space. 4 floors of free parking in the parking garage located at the corner of NE 9th and Halsey St.
The Lloyd Center is located on the Max light rail blue, green, and red (airport) lines, the Portland Streetcar, numerous Tri-met buses, and bicycle and walking routes. We are located 10 minutes from downtown Portland, 4 minutes from the Oregon Convention Center, 26 minutes from Portland International Airport (PDX), and are surrounded by many hotels, restaurants, and shops.

Our school features 14 modern classrooms of various sizes, breakout/meeting rooms, reception area and lounge, and a computer lab.
Each classroom comes equipped with a projector/AV system, wireless internet, and whiteboard.
Meeting spaces also have access to our waiting room/lobby areas, restrooms, kitchenette, and front desk reception.
Our Location
Parking is free and widely available, and we are also easily reached by a number of Tri-Met bus, streetcar, and MAX rail lines.

What is the Availability?
Rooms are available 7 days a week, 7AM-9PM. Meeting spaces also have access to our waiting room/lobby areas, ADA restrooms within our space, kitchenette, and front desk reception.
How Does Pricing Work?
Meeting space rental rates are based on number of hours rented. Discounts are available for full-day, multi-day, multi-room, or long-term room rentals.

What Size Groups Can You Accommodate?
If you are interested in small meeting spaces we have rooms that seat 16-24 people comfortably, a perfect business meeting space or conference room rental. If you are looking for larger meeting room space we have rooms that accommodate up to 36 people sitting at tables, classroom-style, or 46 people sitting in rows of chairs, theater-style.
Do You Offer Tours?
Our front desk is staffed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00PM. We pride ourselves on our quick response time and the accurate and helpful information we provide to make the lead up to your meeting space rental stress free. You are welcome to stop by for a tour any time before your event or before you make the decision to book. A virtual tour is also available on our website.

We will provide detailed directions on how to reach our space to share with all attendees. Inside the Lloyd Center, we are accessible by elevator, escalator, and stairs. Portland Meeting Space is ideal for classes, business meetings, presentations, discussions, training and workshops.
